We are so sure that you will be equally impressed with the quality of our products that we stand behind them completely. All our eyewear passes through strict quality control procedures by our trained professional staff before we dispatch any order. If any manufacturing faults develop within this 12 month period simply return the product to us with proof of purchase and we will provide you with a replacement to your satisfaction. We will replace free of charge any items that are of a substandard quality within a 12 month period. This warranty covers all sunglasses frames - every product sold by Spekkies.

After you receive your product, should it not be in absolutely perfect condition please contact us immediately at info@spekkies.net. We will happily refund any purchase where the product is damaged and where we cannot replace the damaged product. The product however needs to be returned to us within 7days with proof of purchase.

The product warranty granted by Spekkies is additional to any rights you may have as a consumer under relevant law, and is in addition to any warranty in respect of any product granted by the manufacturer of the product
